Which can sometimes challenging the ways we think about ourselves, our past, and the situations we find ourselves in, over time this new awareness can empower us.

It’s a confidential relationship that feels like you are safe to be you. So important to find the perfect fit for you to feel able to talk openly, by thinking about what you need, what type of therapy, we do and speak, giving away hidden parts of us without us knowing. Going to therapy of any sort should be as normal as going to the doctor for a cough or check up.

My services and sessions for each client are personalized with same day appointment available.
I offer no waiting list with on line counselling and therapy wherever you are in the world, communication can be by phone or video call.
All you need is access to a quiet place where you can talk privately with any interruptions..
By scheduling the same day and time each week its becomes part of your routine which will make more of a positive change.
I offer time limited therapy recommending 6 to 12 session each session last 50 minutes with open ended therapy with regular reviews which help to review progress.
