Anger if unchecked will influence your life on every level home life, work, family and friends’ anger is fuelled by other emotions and do real damage to yourself and all around you. Anger always leaves you alone, it is a very dangerous part of your being
When we get angry, we then spend precious time thinking about the person totally a waste of time
Anger will flood you and the process of information effectively becoming so overwhelmed with your feelings it’s as if the other party is speaking a foreign language.
Anger is a natural human emotion, however, if uncontrolled it will be the root of pain and anguish, physical and emotional harm. It doesn’t have to be that way.
We all have several options when dealing with anger issues first is as with anything acknowledgement. Then learning to be more mindful and aware of your emotional state, self-management and emotional soothing strategies listening skills, learn breathing techniques or all options depending on which one would resonate with yourself.
Steps to help control anger…
· Think Before you speak be mindful you can’t take it back
· Time out Give yourself short breaks during the day
· Identify Then remind your self–anger won’t fix anything
· When calm You will think clearlywithout hurting others or trying to control
· Exercise Spend time doing enjoyable physical activities
· Respectful To yourself and other
· No grudge Forgiveness is a powerful tool and feel-good factor
· Relaxation Deep breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing science calming phrase, yoga whatever it takes your worth it.
· Seek help A step to the life you deserve you got this there’s something in you that the world needs to see
